We are currently aware of an issue impacting WhatsApp messaging due to an endpoint issue on our BSP provider’s end.

Voice calling is currently not working due to ongoing maintenance on Dialog 360’s end.

RCS templates created before 7 April 2026 may be affected due to a recent revamp deployment on the RBM provider side for the RCS channel. We are actively working with the provider to resolve the issue.
